Payment Terms
Assessment
- Before commencing therapy services, a one-time assessment fee is required.
- This fee covers the initial evaluation and has to be paid in advance.
Therapy
- Therapy sessions are billed monthly.
- To ensure continuity of therapy services, payments must be received on the 5th of every month.
- Should there be any difficulty in meeting payment obligations, we encourage clients to communicate with us in advance to explore possible solutions.
Session Compensation Policy
Eligibility for compensation
Clients may be eligible for session compensation in the following circumstances
- When a session is cancelled by the clinic due to unavoidable circumstances (such as medical emergencies and travel) compensation will be provided.
- Clients who have taken a maximum of two leaves/month from the scheduled sessions are eligible for compensation.
- If the child takes more than 2 leaves/month due to medical reasons, compensation will be provided depending on the availability of the therapist.
- If the child takes leave during group session, the same cannot be compensated.
- Uninformed leaves will not be compensated.
Compensations will be provided at no additional cost, subject to therapist availability (maximum of two sessions)
Compensations will not be provided in the following cases :
- If the session was interrupted or shortened due to late arrival
- If the rescheduled/compensation session was cancelled by the client. However, if the rescheduled session is cancelled by the clinic, compensation will be provided.
- Leaves extending beyond two days in a month will not be eligible for compensation.
Client responsibilities and session timing
- Clients are requested to maintain and adhere to scheduled appointment times
- Clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled session to ensure that sessions can begin promptly
- Compensations for children taking therapy from multiple departments (ST, BT, OT) cannot be done on the same day. Compensation will be provided on the same day/different day depending on the availability of each therapist.
Discontinuation Policy/Refund
- If you decide to discontinue your sessions, kindly note that discontinuation is ONLY permitted at the end of the month, and a mandatory notice of at least one week is required.
- Please be advised that in case of failure to adhere to this protocol, a refund will not be applicable.
- Refunds will be provided after removing any discounts (if applied).
- Additionally, 10% charges would be applied to the refund amount.
